Privacy Policy
Last updated July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how megaphone LLC, operating as PYNK.studio, handles information in connection with our website and services. We keep data collection to what we need to take your order, create your deliverables, and deliver them to you.
Information we collect
- Contact details: the email address you give us so we can deliver your order and reach you about it.
- Order inputs: the brand and product information, links, and images you provide for a project.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details (such as country for tax) but never your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) used to run and secure the service, including rate limiting.
How we use it
- To create and deliver the deliverables you order.
- To send order-related email (your delivery link, receipts, and support replies).
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the quality and reliability of our service.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Service providers who process data for us
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their function to us, and only on our instructions:
- Payment processing and tax calculation.
- Website and application hosting.
- Database and order records.
- Storage of your inputs and finished deliverables.
- Transactional email delivery.
- Product analytics, in the EU, and only if you accept it.
- Error monitoring, so we can find and fix faults in the service.
- AI model providers, used to produce your deliverables from the inputs you give us.
- Web research, used to look up public information about your brand and product when you give us a link.
Who our providers are
We keep the current list of the specific companies behind those categories up to date, and we will send it to you on request. Email hello@pynk.studio and ask for our processor list.
AI processing of your inputs
To produce your deliverables, the brand and product information and images you submit are sent to the AI model providers in the list above for processing. Do not submit personal data or confidential material you are not authorized to share.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout, which is governed by Stripe's own privacy terms.
We do use one analytics provider, PostHog, to understand how the site is used and where people get stuck. It only runs if you accept it when asked. If you accept, PostHog sets a cookie in your browser and records your session on this site: the pages you visit, what you click, and what you type into the forms. Your IP address is discarded on arrival, and your order pages are excluded from recording entirely.
If you decline, nothing is loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which makes us ask again.
PostHog processes this data on our behalf inside the European Union. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of the service.
Retention
We keep information only as long as we need it, then remove it on a routine schedule:
- Finished deliverables: removed about 45 days after delivery. Delivery links are time-limited, so download your files before then.
- Personal data (your email and the order inputs you provide): anonymized about 180 days after delivery, so it can no longer be linked to you.
- Financial and tax records: retained for as long as required by law.
International processing
We are based in the United States and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing (for example under GDPR or the CCPA). To exercise these rights, email hello@pynk.studio and we will respond as required by law.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method is perfectly secure. The service is intended for businesses and adults; it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; material changes take effect when posted with a new date. Questions? Email hello@pynk.studio.
